Evolution Media planned and executed a video shoot at Barbacoa’s Devon showroom, capturing every detail of their luxury products. The team also shot content at a client’s house, which showcased how those products come to life, fully capturing the clients dream outdoor space. The content was edited into polished promotional videos, client testimonials, and short, snappy social media clips-giving the brand a deep content library for ongoing campaigns.

 

Lead-generating Advertising Campaigns:

We chose Meta Ads as the media platform for this campaign, for its advanced targeting capabilities, enabling us to reach an affluent audience with interests in luxury products, outdoor living, and home renovations. The platform is also very visual meaning that the new content would be showcased in the right place. To gather Leads, we utilised a combination of Meta’s Lead Gen Forms and Barbacoa’s Contact Page form. Whilst Meta’s Forms were the most effective in generating Leads, we felt it was important to send a proportion of the traffic to the site, to gain more website data, feed future retargeting audience pools and give users greater insight into the brand.

 

Hubspot Integration & Lead Nurturing:

The final step in this approach was to ensure that the generated Leads were nurtured and not forgotten about. This is where we integrated Meta Ads directly with HubSpot CRM, so the client could setup automated email workflows. Those email flows were triggered to send straight after a lead submitted their details, enabling Barbacoa to begin building trust and strengthening relationships right from the start.

  • Achieved an extremely low Cost Per Lead of £1.74 with a strong CTR of 4.7%

  • Enhanced brand visibility evidenced through reaching almost 35,000 users
