Evo 3D is a reseller of large format, high temperature and SLS 3D printers, alongside robotic solutions. In October 2025, we launched a LinkedIn Advertising campaign designed to increase lead volume and expand their contact database.

Before this campaign, Evo 3D had seen some success with LinkedIn Advertising but struggled to achieve consistent lead volume.

Their main goal was to generate leads to grow their customer base. To do this, they needed a strategy that positioned Evo 3D as knowledgeable industry experts, building credibility and attracting the right potential customers.

Our Approach

Our Approach

Lead-generating Advertising Campaigns:
Following market analysis and collaborative planning between Evo 3D and Evolution Media, we identified an opportunity to develop an industry-specific whitepaper tailored to a key audience: the automotive manufacturing industry.
LinkedIn was the ideal platform for this approach, as its audience is highly receptive to educational content and actively seeks solutions to advance their business objectives.
LinkedIn offers extremely sophisticated B2B targeting parameters. We leveraged these capabilities to reach key decision-makers within the target industry. Targeting was applied across job functions such as Engineering, Research, and Quality Assurance to ensure ads were shown to the most relevant departments. We also layered in job seniority of Manager level and above to focus on decision-makers, and the company industry of Automotive Manufacturing to ensure they were in the right sector.
Rather than driving traffic to Evo 3D’s website, we implemented LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms to streamline conversions. We often find that this approach leads to higher conversion rates as users can submit their details quickly without leaving the platform.

Content Creation:
Evolution Media developed the whitepaper using insights gathered from market and industry research, combined with close collaboration with Evo 3D to understand the challenges and interests of their ideal customer. This ensured the content focused on topics that people would genuinely find valuable. It was structured in line with best practices for narrative-led content designed to educate, inform, and guide the reader through clear insights.
We created a suite of ad assets for Evo 3D, each varying slightly in style and messaging to test what resonated most effectively with the target audience. While the creative execution differed, all ads maintained a consistent call to action: downloading the whitepaper. Clear next steps are critical in paid advertising, as they guide people toward taking action.
Ad copy was thoughtfully created using key points from the Whitepaper and our in-depth understanding of LinkedIn Ads best practices.

Brevo Integration & Lead Nurturing:
To ensure that the Leads were followed up on and nurtured we integrated LinkedIn Ads with Brevo CRM via Zapier and implemented automated email workflows. Those email flows were triggered to send straight after a lead submitted their details, allowing Evo 3D to begin building trust and strengthening relationships, before a sales rep made contact.

Results

Results

In just over 3 months of activity, LinkedIn Ads delivered 40+ leads at a CPA of £47, averaging 3 leads per week. This evidences a significant growth in potential new customers for Evo 3D.

The campaign also strengthened the brand’s presence as a recognised supplier in the UK market, by generating 90k+ Impressions and 459 Clicks, highlighting the ads were effective in drawing people in and reaching a wide audience.

With a solid foundation of data in the account and key learnings for the team, the focus has shifted to ongoing optimisation and reducing the CPA, to ensure lead generation remains profitable and sustainable.

Looking ahead, we may roll out this campaign to additional key industries relevant to Evo 3D.
